Zykan Family Legacy Award Nomination Form
The Zykan Family Legacy Award was established to preserve the legacy of the Zykan Family and their contribution to the Greater North County Chamber and the North County community since 1955. The Greater North County Chamber is seeking an individual that has demonstrated commitment through their time, talent and treasure towards the North County Community. This award is open to all North Countians. You may nominate someone for this award or you may simply nominate yourself.
All nominations should include the following:
- Civic and Community Activities
- Personal Story
- Years of service to the North County Community

The awardee will be honored during the Chamber’s 2022 Nite of Stars Gala on Friday, December 2nd, 2022.
The selection committee will determine the award recipient. Please provide as much information as possible for the selection committee. Attach separate pages if needed.
The chamber office must receive all nominations by Friday, September 16, 2022.
