President’s Report – November 2021
The season of gratefulness is upon us! November is a time to reflect and be thankful for the people we cherish and the daily life we are fortunate to live. Every day in November, let’s make a conscious effort to stop and think about just ONE thing we are thankful for… it may be your family, friends, business or it may be the car that takes you from point A to point B. There is so much joy in being thankful!
I’m so excited to announce our new incoming Board Members: Brittany Lewis, Central Bank; Rory Shwartz, Berkshire Hathaway; Dr. Robyn Lawrence, Get Well Family Chiropractic; and Scott Palermo, A Skeetz Production. They will serve a 3 year term, starting January 2022.
As we near the end of 2021, please be sure to stop by and bring new un-wrapped toys to the chamber office for our Holiday drive. I know we’re all excited about the holidays, let’s include those in our community that may be struggling during this time of the year.

We are excited to celebrate our 2022 Business Person of the Year and our 2022 Zykan Family Legacy Award winner at the 2021 Nite of Stars Gala! Bob McGartland from Robinwood Auto will be awarded our 2022 Business Person of the Year award and Dr. Rance Thomas, North County Churches United for Racial Harmony and Justice will be presented the 2022 Zykan Family Legacy Award!
Nite of Stars is Friday, December 3rd! and if you haven’t gotten your ticket(s) yet, don’t wait, don’t hesitate, don’t do anything but call the chamber office… we cannot guarantee you a seat! We want you to attend! This will be the most amazing gala yet… we have some fabulous Live auction items already!
