The Greater North County Chamber welcomed new member Midland States Bank with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Monday, June 20. Shown cutting the ribbon is Banking Center Manager Frank C. Smith. Mr. Smith was joined by his staff, additional Midland States Bank officials, Jennings City officials, Chamber Board Members, Ambassadors and staff. The Jennings office is located at 8021 W.
