The Greater North County Chamber was honored to once again host our Annual 1st Responder BBQ! We welcomed First Responders from the Florissant Valley Fire Protection District, Florissant Police Department, Hazelwood Police Department, Saint Louis County Police Department, as well as  St. Louis Community College-Florissant Valley! We were able to send food to the Ferguson Police & Fire Department as well!  This event was a success thanks in part to our volunteers, Chamber staff, Board Members,  and Chamber Members!  Thank you to everyone that came out to help!

The GNC Chamber hosted a Blood Drive with Impact Life (formerly Mississippi Valley Regional Blood Center).  We had donors going in all afternoon!  Thanks to our donors we were able to help save lives!  If you are a donor and haven’t donated in a while, please call 800-747-5401 to schedule an appointment the need for blood right now is extremely urgent! The life you save may be someone you love!

The GNC Chamber was honored to receive the Business Development Leadership Award at the NCI 44th Annual Leadership Breakfast. Congratulations to all of the award recipients!

At our September FUEL Lunch our guest speaker was Officer Steven Michael with the Florissant Police Department.  Officer Michael spoke to us about safety, as well as the camera program and neighborhood watch!  He provided great information for not only businesses but also for yourself and your family.  Join us for our October Fuel Lunch at Cugino’s on Oct. 28th!

The GNC Chamber hosted the September Business after Hours with a Luau theme!  Thank you to Jon Vogt with Catering to You for providing the delicious food for everyone!  We had games in the parking lot, great networking and celebrated the 10 year Anniversary for Jaime Jenkins!  Thank you to everyone that came out, it was a beautiful night for it!

The GNC Chamber held its’ 8th Annual Women’s Empowerment Seminar at the Emerson Family YMCA!  There were over 80 women in attendance with over 20 vendors!  Dynamic speakers that included Ms. Kennedy Brown -A.R.C.
