Chair’s Message – June 2019

June is here!  Hopefully, most of the rain and cold are behind us until next fall.  Bring on the warmer weather!

During my acceptance speech in January, I challenged each and every member of the Chamber to do two things this year—1) bring a non-member to an event with you and 2) attend an event you have never attended before.  So, I’m checking in with you to see how you are doing with those two goals.  Have you invited someone to come to an event with you and have you attended an event you have never attended before?

We have two great opportunities for you to make this happen!  1) The Annual Greater North County Chamber Golf Tournament is June 7.  What a great opportunity to bring someone with you.  2) Our monthly membership meeting will be a morning meeting starting at 7:30 am.  It will be SPEED NETWORKING!  This is a great opportunity to those who can’t get away during the day to do a luncheon.

Get involved in YOUR Chamber.  A business who is actively involved has a 30% greater chance of success in their business!  We are here to help you!
