Chair’s Message – January 2019
Happy 2019 everyone!
What an honor it is to serve the membership of the Greater North County Chamber of Commerce. GNCC has a very rich history of community involvement and remains a great resource for business owners in the greater north county area.
When I was 17, we moved to Florissant (I know, a long time ago!) Every week, I read the North County Journal. I’d read articles and saw photographs of community leaders and their involvement in the community. This made such an impression on me, but what impresses me the most is many of those same people are still very active and involved in this Chamber today. To be part of this rich leadership group is quite humbling.
It is exciting to see the new executive board and board members come together and embark on a year of personal and professional growth through service to this Chamber.
I’m especially excited to work with the 2019 executive board and board team. This team is comprised of great leaders!

Please join us at Christian Hospital’s Detrick Building Atrium for our 2019 Installation of the new board and awards presentation luncheon. This is always such a great time!
Former Board Chair, Mike Moehlenkamp, of Gary’s Auto will be hosting the Business After hours on January 10, 2019, from 5-7 p.m. This is a wonderful opportunity to meet and network with other Chamber members. If you can’t make some of the other meetings, perhaps the Business After Hours will foot the bill for you!
Again, I appreciate the opportunity to service all of you! My door is always open should you have anything you would like to discuss to help our Chamber grow. Remember this is OUR Chamber…we are CHAMBER PROUD!
