Chair’s Message – August 2019

As many of you may have noticed, I have been on a leave of absence from both US Bank and the Greater North County Chamber due to my husband, Mark, being diagnosed with cancer and eventually succumbing on July 15, 2019.  Mark was always very supportive of our Chamber.  He would always roll up his sleeves to help us set up or clean up at many of our events.  A truly wonderful human.

During this time, I have been supported by this Chamber in many ways and appreciate all the care and love shown during this time.

A special thank you to the Executive Board for filling my shoes (high heels!) while I was out.  You guys are the BEST!

I truly am blessed to know all of YOU!  YOU make the difference in our community.

I know that as I embark on a new journey and season of life, I will always be supported by wonderful people who understand that people are the most important.  Thank you for your thoughts, cards, prayers, calls, hugs and for just being there.
