Chair’s Letter – November 2019
Wow! Here we are on the threshold of the Holiday Season. I can’t believe it. We all have much to be grateful for. I am grateful and thankful for all of you!
Thankful for great leaders that continue to serve our Chamber and community at large. We are proud to introduce our new incoming Board Members: Paul Manganelli, American Family Insurance; Derick Wellman, Amore Pizza; Mike Moehlenkamp, Gary’s Auto; Dr. Nettie Collins Hart, Hazelwood School District; and Sara Savat, SSM Health DePaul Hospital. They will serve a 3-year term, starting January 2020. These folks are not new to many of us, they work hard volunteering at many of our events as well as community events.
Thankful for our Chamber Leaders Venus, Jaime and Danielle. They are the backbone of this organization and work tirelessly to ensure every event goes off without a hitch. They all have a heart for their work and want only the best for NoCo. Be sure to thank them at our next Membership meeting at Catering to You, November 20, St. Louis County Executive, Dr. Sam Page will be our guest speaker for the luncheon.
Thankful for each and every member of our Chamber. Without you, your support, this organization would not exist. You faithfully show up to meetings and events willing to support in the best way you can. Thank you.
Thankful for opportunities to enjoy the friendships we’ve made in this Chamber. You should plan on attending the 2019 Nite of Stars Gala. It is the culminating event of our year and is always a great time. Mark your calendar for December 6th!!
Thankful you are ever mindful of others and give without hesitation to those in need. Don’t forget to bring new wrapped toys and cleaning supply for out year-end community service project.
Thankful for all the support and love shown to me and my family this year. You all are the best!!
Thankful that I have been allowed to serve this great Chamber during 2019. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving with family and friends.
Your servant leader,
2019 Board Chair
