2019 Business Person of the Year Nomination Form

The Greater North County Chamber of Commerce is seeking an individual who embodies the best qualities of community leadership through the combination of business, civic and community activities. This award is open to all chamber members. You may nominate someone for this award or you may simply nominate yourself.

All nominations should include the following:

• Personal/Education Background
• Business Accomplishments
• Civic and Community Activities

The awardee will be honored during the Awards and Installation Membership Luncheon on Wednesday, January 16, 2019.

The Chamber Office must receive all nominations by November 1, 2018.
